Netflix shares fell the most in more than a month after a report saying Redbox Instant — Verizon Communications’ joint-streaming venture with Coinstar — will undercut its $7.99-a-month basic plan with a $6-a-month plan.

The news was first reported by GigaOM, a technology website.

Netflix fell 7 percent to $76, its biggest decline since Oct. 24. Before today, the stock had gained 18 percent this year.
