Susan Plagemann, who was publisher of Hearst’s Marie Claire, has been named vice president and publisher of Condé Nast’s Vogue.

She will replace Tom Florio, who has been bumped up to senior vice president. He will now be responsible for his Vogue properties, Bon Appétit and Condé Nast Traveler.
