In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, News Corp. certified that shareholders last week elected all 15 of the nominees to its corporate board.

Among those elected to the board were Rupert Murdoch, chairman and chief executive officer, and his sons, Lachlan and James, the deputy chief operating officer.
