Old folks purchase
A consortium led by KKR & Co. has agreed to buy the management business of Sunrise Senior Living from Health Care REIT for about $130 million, marking the firm’s first private-equity foray in U.S. senior living services.
KKR teamed up with Beecken Petty O’Keefe and Coastwood Senior Housing Partners LLC for the investment.
