Two firms are moving their headquarters to Rudin’s One Battery Park Plaza.
Insurance litigation firm Barry McTiernan & Moore took 18,464 square feet on the whole top floor, moving from 101 Greenwich St.
Partnership With Children, which helps to provide mental health services for city kids, is taking 8,036 square feet of prebuilt space on the second floor, moving from 299 Broadway.
Partnership With Children and Barry McTiernan & Moore are relocating their headquarters to One Battery Park Plaza.
One Battery Park Plaza is an 870,000 square-foot tower overlooking the harbor.
