Cleary Gottlieb renewed on 475,000 square feet at Brookfield Properties’ One Liberty for 20 more years. The law firm is the largest tenant in the 2.3 million square-foot tower on Broadway that was previously known as One Liberty Plaza.

Cleary Gottlieb was represented by Newmark’s Moshe Sukenik and Cushman & Wakefield’s Mark Weiss and Josh Kuriloff. Brookfield was repped in-house by Mikael Nahmias and Dan Roberts.
