Legitimate music downloads still aren’t growing quickly enough.

A report by the recording industry’s main lobby group said digital revenue is up 8 percent in the past year to about $5.2 billion and overall receipts are off nearly two-thirds amid a shift toward online downloads much of it illegal — music downloads.
