Mortgage rates were unchanged last week, with the 30-year fixed mortgage holding at an average of 5.34 percent. The average points on the loan clocked in at 0.41, according to Bankrate.com.

The week’s average 15-year fixed rate fell 10 basis points to 4.93 from last week, the company said.
