Dear John: Regarding Vivid Seats, I bought two tickets on the day before the Jets home opener in 2018 to see Sam Darnold’s first game as a Jet.

Vivid Seats contacted me later that day by telephone to tell me the seats I purchased were not available anymore. They offered to replace the tickets for another section or refund me my money.

I decided to take the tickets, which turned out to be field level rather than the upper section near the top where my original seats were.

It was a very nice upgrade, and it cost me nothing. So needless to say it was a great experience.

Sorry yours didn’t turn out so well. It was my second experience with Vivid, and I will definitely use it again. C.K.
