Cappelli Enterprises is close to reaching a deal to sell the 146-room Ritz-Carlton Westchester hotel in White Plains, NY. The Valhalla company, which is said to be well-advanced in negotiations with a prospective buyer, developed the Ritz-Carlton as part of its 940,000-square-foot Renaissance Square mixed-use complex in downtown White Plains.

The hotel included 213 for-sale residential condominium units when it opened in 2007.

Some of those units have not been sold yet.
