Cosmopolitan Executive Editor Michele Promaulayko has been lured away by David Zinczenko to become the new editor-in-chief of Women’s Health. Sources said she turned in her resignation yesterday.

Promaulayko replaces Tina Johnson, who left in September. She is expected to start in mid-January.

Neither Zinczenko nor Promaulayko could be reached for comment.
