SEC sues Perot exec
An employee at Perot Systems was sued by regulators on claims he illegally made “extremely large and profitable” bets on Perot based on confidential information about Dell’s $3.9 billion bid.
The Securities and Exchange Commission filed the lawsuit against Reza Saleh, 53, yesterday in a Dallas federal court. Saleh, an employee of Perot Investments reaped an $8.6 million profit, the suit said.
