Move over, J.Lo!

Sofia Vergara, the Colombian-born star of “Modern Family” and co-founder of Latin World Entertainment, is building her multimedia empire through a partnership with “Ugly Betty” producer Ben Silverman.

Vergara and Silverman, who launched production company Electus in 2009 with backing from Barry Diller, have struck a deal to repackage hit Latin American TV shows for the US market. The two are already in bed on a new drama series for ABC, “Killer Women.”

Silverman and Latin World are also partners on a YouTube channel, NuevOn, which recently received a second round of funding from Google in the range of $5 million.

Latin World co-founder Luis Balaguer said the partners are looking for businesses that will last beyond Vergara’s screen years.

“We’re trying to create business lines that will take us far past the life of any movie or TV show we’re in,” he told The Post, noting that Vergara’s Kmart fashion line runs for a decade.

Last year, Forbes estimated Vergara, the highest-paid actress on TV, is worth some $19 million, while Latin World had estimated billings of $27 million.

The Vergara marketing machine is also gearing up for a new fragrance launch with Maesa and a south-of-the-border campaign for Procter & Gamble’s detergent “Ace,” as well as upcoming ads for a new furniture line for Rooms to Go.
