Reveille, the independent production studio founded by NBC Entertainment boss Ben Silverman, finalized its $125 million sale to Elisabeth Murdoch’s Shine Group yesterday.

The deal, which The Post reported in December, allows Silverman to cash out of the studio that’s behind “The Office” and “Ugly Betty,” while leaving the senior management team of Chris Grant, Mark Koops, Howard T. Owens and Lee Rierson at the company.

Though talks with Shine had been ongoing informally for about two years, Silverman has actively been seeking a sale since he joined NBC last June.

Reveille now has 13 projects at NBC; prior to Silverman’s arrival, the network had three.

Elisabeth Murdoch is the daughter of Rupert Murdoch, chairman of News Corp., which owns The Post.

In addition to Shine Group, Reveille also held sales talks with Teddy Forstmann and Chris Albrecht at IMG, production studio Endemol and with several private-equity firms.
