Rosetta Stone Inc., the maker of software for learning languages, had its biggest decline as a public company yesterday after reducing profit forecasts and canceling plans for another stock sale.
Rosetta Stone dropped $7.72, or 27 percent, to $20.63, for the steepest slump since the initial stock offering in April.
