After Sprint increased its bid for Clearwire by more than 14 percent, to about $2.5 billion, this week, Crest Financial and investors led by Mount Kellett Capital Management both filed letters calling for shareholders to reject the new terms.

Sprint, which owns just over 50 percent of Clearwire, wants to buy the rest for $3.40. This latest opposition means it may have to go higher.
