TAKE-TWO CEO FINED
The founder and former CEO of video game design company Take-Two was sentenced to five years’ probation yesterday for cooking the company’s books.
Ryan Brant also has until October to finish paying $7 million in fines to the Securities and Exchange Commission and the city.
Brant, 35, had pleaded guilty to falsifying business records in a stock options backdating scheme.
