Bank of America’s Ken Lewis can’t seem to catch a break, unless it’s an outbreak.

Yesterday, BofA was informed by NYC’s Department of Health that an unidentified employee at its posh new headquarters at One Bryant Park had contracted the potential fatal disease tuberculosis.

The TB caused quite a stir at the bank’s office leading it to issue an internal memo to counter panic at its Midtown office.

“The safety and health of all our employees is a top priority and that this news may cause concern and you may have questions,” reads part of the memo first reported by Dealbreaker.com.

A spokesman confirmed the news but declined to provide specifics and referred calls to the Health Department.
