A 16-year-old Massachusetts boy who got norovirus and went to an emergency room after eating at the Boston Chipotle that sickened some 140 Boston College students sued Chipotle on Thursday in a Boston area court.
His lawyer, William Marler, represents about half a dozen college students from the December outbreak.
A Chipotle spokesman declined comment on the suit.
