Comcast won’t have to comply with a Federal Communications Commission order mandating distribution of the Tennis Channel on its cable systems while its appeal is pending.

The US Court of Appeals in Washington granted Comcast’s request that the order be put on hold until the court decides whether to overturn the agency’s ruling.
