A key group of lawsuits against Facebook over its May IPO were dismissed by a Manhattan federal judge yesterday because the plaintiffs did not show that they lost money because of corporate wrongdoing.

Robert Sweet agreed with the company’s claims that the plaintiffs could not prove that they owned Facebook stock at the time of the alleged wrongdoing.
