Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has Ryan Kavanaugh’s bankrupt Relativity Media in a hard place.

Johnson was set to star in and co-produce a Relativity film based on the 2010 best-seller “Not Without Hope”.

“The life rights expired prior to the [July] bankruptcy proceedings and collectively, Dwayne, his team, Nick Schuyler and I decided we would take the life rights and the nearly completed screenplay elsewhere,” the film’s executive producer, Rick French, told The Post.

“We are presently in discussions with other studios and film financiers and expect to make a decision fairly quickly as to where we will set the film up.”

“Relativity’s situation has caused a delay as to when we had hoped to release the film so 2017 is looking more likely than Thanksgiving 2016, as we had originally hoped,” French said.
