Thom Browne has thrown out a pair of go-to suits.

The quirky men’s designer — whose outfits are famous for their tight jackets, short pants and skinny ties — has fired both the CEO and CFO of his tiny, New York-based company, a spokeswoman confirmed.

As first reported by The Post last month, Browne has been scrambling to stay afloat financially as demand for his ultra-pricey garments has tanked along with the economy.

Nevertheless, a spokeswoman insisted yesterday that the departure of CEO Tom Becker and CFO Thomas Cunningham had nothing to do with the dire financial straits at the company.

An intensive effort to find a financial partner, sources said, dragged on for more than a year under Becker, who was formerly an executive at JPMorgan Chase.
