Ticketmaster has filed a $10 million suit against a major scalper accused of using illegal​ technology to scoop up loads of tickets to​ hot shows like ​the ​Broadway smash hit​ ​”Hamilton.”

Prestige Entertainment is accused in Los Angeles federal court papers of using bot software to ​scoop up tickets ​the instant they became available to various shows, including the Floyd Mayweather-Manny Pacquiao fight in Las Vegas in 2015.

Ticketmaster is accusing the company ​​of copyright infringement and violating terms of use, in addition to fraud, breach of contract, and violations of state and federal computer abuse laws.

The suit is also asking a judge to bar the company from using the bots on any Ticketmaster platform.

Prestige Entertainment did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
