The personnel war between Time Inc. and Conde Nast is intensifying.

After losing four staffers in a week to Lucky, Time Inc. is striking back, stealing the associate publisher of Conde Nast’s Vogue, Tim O’Connor, to be the new associate publisher of InStyle.

He replaces Karin Tracy, who was promoted to StyleWatch publisher to take the place of Michelle Myers, who defected to become publisher of Conde’s Lucky.

At People StyleWatch, the new associate publisher will be Stephanie Sladkus who was associate publisher at Lucky.

Myers earlier this week recruited Julie Arkin as the new associate publisher of Lucky, from an ad director job at StyleWatch. And two job sharing executives, Kim Conrad and Sarah Menninger, jumped to Lucky as executive beauty directors.
