A Times Square-area jiggle joint is having trouble covering its assets.

Cheetah’s Gentleman’s Club and Restaurant has filed for Chapter 11 — for the second time in six years.

Known for serving sushi on scantily clad women (a practice they call body sushi), Cheetah’s did not provide a reason in the filing for its financial troubles. It listed assets of up to $10 million and debts of up to $500,000.

Its lawyer did not return a call for comment.

In its previous bankruptcy Cheetah’s, owned by Three Amigos SJL Rest. Inc., was involved in litigation between its owners.
