Tired of struggling to remember everything you have to do for all of the many projects you’re working on at the office — not to mention any associated with a part-time job or hobby?

Weave is a free iPhone app that will help you keep track of all your projects and the tasks, income and expenses associated with each.

To use Weave, just enter the projects you’re working on and the tasks you need to complete for each one (called “todos” in the app), and their due dates.

The app’s “My Day” screen will then display all of the tasks you need to complete, listed chronologically by due date, and the projects with which they’re associated.

When you complete a “todo,” you can fill in the invisible check mark next to it, and the completed task will move to the bottom of your “My Day” screen. You can also then add the time you spent on this “todo” and any income generated or expenses you incurred in completing it. On the project screen, you can see how much progress you’ve made as a percentage of the tasks completed and the incomplete tasks you have left as well as the total time spent, income and expenses for that larger assignment.

You can also view your income, expenses and a list of your completed and incomplete “todos” on separate screens.

Even if your phone doesn’t have a signal, you can update the app, and the changes will be synced when you’re re-connected to a network. Weave will also send you an alert at a time of your choice before a task is due.
