Donald Trump submitted a plan to buy Trump Entertainment Resorts out of bankruptcy.

Trump proposed a debt restructuring that would return him as an owner, the company said yesterday. Trump Entertainment has until Aug. 3 to submit its own restructuring plan to the US bankruptcy court in Camden, New Jersey.

The company owns three casinos in Atlantic City, New Jersey, that bear its founder’s name: Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort, the Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino and the Trump Marina Hotel Casino. Trump Entertainment filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 17, days after Donald Trump left the board.
