Twitter’s little blue birdie is set to fly Thursday at $26 a share.
The price, after it was raised twice by the popular microblogging site, will allow the company to raise $1.82 billion.
The market cap of Twitter, based on the IPO price, is roughly $14.4 billion.
The San Francisco-based company is scheduled to sell 70 million shares, with another 10.5 million options granted to its underwriters.
