The British overseers of Bernard Madoff’s London firm fired back yesterday at allegations from some victims that they’re squandering the fraudster’s funds on needless legal fees.

But the Manhattan Bankruptcy Court filing by the UK-based Joint Provisional Liquidators also offered to limit their efforts in the US to the seizure of a vintage Aston Martin owned by Madoff’s brother, Peter.
