Wall Street’s bad guys are having a moment, writes The Post’s Kevin Dugan.

ABC’s “Madoff” miniseries last week joined Showtime’s “Billions” and Oscar contender “The Big Short” in showing America just how bad finance fiends can be.

But how much entertainment about arcane financial fraud can America consume?

“Madoff,” starring Richard Dreyfuss as the Ponzi scammer and Blythe Danner as his devoted wife Ruth, drew 7.3 million viewers. That’s just so-so. ABC typically pulls in a bigger number in that time slot, according to Deadline.

Matthew L. Schwartz, a partner at law firm Boies, Schiller & Flexner and one of the “Madoff Five” prosecutors, told On the Money he believes the TV audience will grow.

“There’s an interest in stories about financial crime, and I think that’s because of the result of the financial crisis,” he said, “This has become, in pop culture, almost a good-versus-evil story.”
