Wells Fargo warning
New York’s attorney general cautioned Wells Fargo not to suspend reviews of mortgage relief applications in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.
AG Eric Schneiderman asked the bank to reverse the policy of suspending the reviews, saying it probably violates the national mortgage settlement.
