Zuck’s bag man fight
Lawyers for a man who claims he is entitled to 84 percent of Facebook argued yesterday that the social-networking site’s chief executive, Mark Zuckerberg, 26, lives a transient life out of a duffel bag.
A US federal judge in Buffalo, NY, reserved his decision on whether the lawsuit, which is tied to claims that a work-for-hire contract gives businessman Paul Ceglia control of Facebook, should be tried in New York state because Zuckerberg has yet to sink legal roots in California.
