Zynga’s exit of the day
Zynga’s Chief Marketing and Revenue Officer, Jeff Karp, has resigned, the latest executive to leave the largest maker of social games for Facebook, as a share-price decline erodes the value of staff compensation.
Karp will remain employed in a non-officer capacity through Sept. 22, San Francisco-based Zynga said in a regulatory filing.
Zynga shares fell 2.08 percent to $2.82.
