Iowa State coach Fred Hoiberg celebrated with players after the Cyclones’ 85-83 win over North Carolina on Sunday. CBS showed highlights of Hoiberg — a standout shooting guard for Iowa State, then the NBA’s Pacers, who was nicknamed “The Mayor” — and his players dancing it up in the locker room.
Hoiberg texted his daughter, sure he had embarrassed her.
But Hoiberg’s son seemed to be more concerned.
