Bam big for ‘View’
President Obama’s visit to ABC’s “The View” on Thursday led the show to record ratings.
Thursday’s show averaged 6.6 million viewers, making it the most-watched broadcast in “The View’s” 13-year history, according to Nielsen.
That eclipses the day following the 2008 presidential election — when “The View” averaged 6.2 million viewers — and was the show’s most-watched broadcast in 17 months among women 18-34 and women 18-49, its key demos.
