Gordon Ramsay is known more for his cutting tongue than cutting his finger.

But that’s exactly what happened on Tuesday’s “Ellen,” when the “Hell’s Kitchen” f-bomb king sliced his fingernail while showing host Ellen DeGeneres how to chop vegetables for a stir-fry dish.

“I just cut myself because I wasn’t concentrating,” Ramsay said, holding up his bloody finger.

“I was trying to teach you at the same time . . . I haven’t done that for 10 years.

“I can’t believe I’ve done that,” he repeated. “I haven’t cut myself in 10 years.

“I’ve taken the fingernail off,” he said.

Right before the incident, Ramsay had warned DeGeneres to “keep your fingers tucked in” while slicing the vegetables.

“What’s convenient is that it’s a red pepper, so you won’t see the blood,” he joked.
