Gorgeous actress Jennifer Esposito (who also owns gluten-free bakery Jennifer’s Way in the East Village) is in talks to buy a charming house in East Hampton Springs, the famed artist colony where Jackson Pollock, Kurt Vonnegut and John Steinbeck once worked.

The beach spread is asking $715,000. It stands at 1,600 square feet, and comes with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a great room with a fireplace.

Outside, there’s a brick patio, an outdoor shower and a heated pool, as well as beach and docking rights.

Esposito, who briefly wed Bradley Cooper, is now married to Louis Dowler, a British model and Kate Winslet’s former flame.
