Kelly Osbourne’s dad may be the Prince of Darkness — but she doesn’t approve of the British royals.

Osbourne, 38, called Prince Harry a “f – – king twat” and accused him of always “whining, whinging, [and] complaining” about his life during an appearance on the “I’ve Had It” podcast.

Podcast hosts Jennifer Welch and Angie “Pumps” Sullivan asked “The Osbournes” star to participate in a game called “Had It or Hit It,” where she shares whether she’s “had it” or if she would “hit it” over a range of topics.

When she was asked about King Charles III and Queen Camilla, she shared that she would “hit it.”

“It’s new, it’s different, let them try it out and see what they can make of it,” Osbourne said. “Definitely King Charles. I don’t know much about Camilla. I always thought she would remain Queen Consort, it’s weird that she’s Queen.”

Welch responded with a different take: “My problem with Charles is, you have a son, I have a son. I don’t care what my f – – king son did, if I was getting crowned, he would sit in the very front row,” she said, referring to Harry’s seat at Charles’ coronation.

This take prompted Osbourne to launch into an expletive-filled rant about her feelings on the Duke of Sussex.

“I don’t agree with that … I think Harry is a f – – king twat. I do. I think he’s a whining, whinging, complaining, ‘Woe is me, I’m the only one who’s ever had mental problems, like, my life was so hard,’ ” she claimed.

Osbourne continued, “Everybody’s life is f – – king hard. You were the prince of a goddamn country who dressed as a f – – king Nazi, and now you’re trying to come back as the Pope? Suck it. No. No.”

The actress and TV personality was referencing a 2005 incident in which Harry dressed for a themed party as a Nazi — complete with a swastika armband. He later apologized and called it “probably one of the biggest mistakes of my life,” addressing it on his Netflix docuseries.

The accusations come amid Spotify’s breakup with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle — with Spotify and Archewell saying in a joint statement to The Post that they have “mutually agreed to part ways and are proud of the series we made together.”

A source previously told The Post that the Archewell media company launched by Harry, 38, and Markle, 41, didn’t produce enough content to receive the full payout of the $20 million deal they agreed to in 2020.

A report also alleged that Markle’s interviews for her “Archetypes” podcast were not conducted by her. Podnews reported that some of the show’s interviews were done by members of the duchess’ staff — and audio of her voice asking the questions was clipped in later.

Sportswriter Bill Simmons slammed the couple in the wake of the fractured deal, saying he once met with Harry about podcast ideas and called the pair “f – – king grifters” in Friday’s episode of his namesake podcast.
