Piers Morgan claims King Charles and Kate Middleton are the members of the royal family named in Omid Scobie’s “Endgame: Inside the Royal Family and the Monarchy’s Fight for Survival” as the two “racist” royals who were concerned about the color of Prince Archie’s skin.
The brash “Piers Morgan Uncensored” host made the statement Wednesday on the program after Scobie’s book was pulled off shelves in Holland on Tuesday because of the “royal racists” error being included in its Dutch version.
“I’m going to tell you the names of the two senior royals who are named in that Dutch version of the book because, frankly, if Dutch people wandering into a bookshop can pick it up and see these names, then you, British people, here — who actually pay for the British royal family — you’re entitled to know, too,” Morgan, 58, prefaced his bombshell claim.
“And then we can have a more open debate about this whole ferragosto because I don’t believe any racist comments were ever made by any of the royal family, and until there is actual evidence of those comments being made, I will never believe it.”
The “Piers Morgan Uncensored” host made the statement Wednesday on the program after Scobie’s book was pulled off shelves in Holland. TalkTVThe former “Good Morning Britain” host continued: “But now we can start the process of finding out if they ever got uttered, what the context was, and whether there was any racial intent at all. Like I say, I don’t believe there was.
“The royals who were named in this book are King Charles and Catherine, Princess of Wales,” Morgan alleged.
The Post cannot independently confirm the names that were accidentally revealed; however, Dutch journalists who obtained copies of the errant book said it matches the claims made in previously released royal biographies.

Xander Uitgevers temporarily removed the book from sale, due to an error that occurred in the Dutch edition.”
Scobie, who claims he was unable to identify the royals accused by Meghan Markleof racist comments around Archie’s skin color in the English version of the book due to libel laws, blamed the Dutch error on a language barrier.

EPA“The book is in several languages, and unfortunately, I do not speak Dutch,” the author and royal expert told RTL Boulevard on Tuesday. “But if there are translation errors, I’m sure the publishers will have it under control.”
He continued: “I wrote and edited the English version. There’s never been a version that I’ve produced that has names in it.”
Markle, 42, first claimed at least one member of the royal family had “conversations” with Harry, 39, about their first-born child’s skin color during the couple’s tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey in March 2021.

Scobie wrote: “We know from sources that Charles was horrified that’s how Meghan felt those conversations were and that he wanted to, sort of as a representative of the family, have that conversation with her.”
The Post has contacted reps for Prince Harry and Markle, Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace and Scobie for comment.
