Sarah Ferguson walks out of interview when asked about Royal Lodge

By Nika Shakhnazarova

Sarah Ferguson walked out of an interview after she was asked whether she would be moving out of the Royal Lodge.

Ferguson, 65, has resided at the property, located on the grounds of Windsor Castle, with her ex-husband Prince Andrew since 2004.

Given her ex-husband’s ongoing bitter feud with King Charles over the estate, it appears as though Fergie was unwilling to answer any questions regarding her living situation, according to royal correspondent Richard Mineards.

Mineards, who writes for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s local paper the Montecito Journal, revealed that Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice’s mom recently appeared on US TV to discuss the royals.

“While other hacks were peppering her with inane questions, I asked Fergie, given her new contract, if she would at last be moving out of Royal Lodge, the Queen Mother’s former home near Windsor Castle, having said previously she couldn’t afford to run any of the homes offered her by her mother-in-law Queen Elizabeth,” Mineards wrote in his latest column.

“She was clearly not amused by my query and walked out of the room.”

By Nika Shakhnazarova

Meghan Markle’s upcoming Netflix series already seems to have touched a nerve with Meghan McCain.

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, dropped the first trailer for her Netflix lifestyle series titled “With Love, Meghan” on Thursday.

However just hours after the trailer hit social media, McCain ripped Markle as “tone deaf” for releasing the “out of touch” project.

“Now that she wants to be American again instead of British aristocracy what she seems to forget is Americans want real, raw, uncensored,” McCain wrote on X Thursday.

Admitting that she was a Markle supporter at first, the daughter of Republican Senator John McCain said her thoughts on the runaway royal changed “like the rest of the world” after she “disrespected the royal family.”

McCain claimed Markle’s lifestyle is unattainable for a slew of Americans, many of whom “can’t pay for groceries.”

Meghan Markle needs ‘lucrative’ Instagram relaunch to revive her public image: expert

By Nika Shakhnazarova

Meghan Markle has returned to Instagram, and according to a prominent royal commentator, her new social media account needs to be lucrative if she wants to use it to revive her public image.

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, kicked off 2025 by launching her own Instagram account with the username @meghan on Wednesday.

And according to royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams, the “Suits” alum's social media comeback is part of her broader plan to control the narrative surrounding her public image, which has taken a tumble in recent years.

He also claims that Markle’s new personal Instagram account will play a part in promoting her upcoming business ventures, including the impending launch of her lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard.

“Meghan’s intention in the video is to look relaxed, confident and, above all, symbolize the freedom they claim they have found,” he told the outlet. “At the moment, interest in the Sussex brand remains enormous.”

Fitzwilliams also notes that the Sussexes are approaching a make-or-break period in their respective careers as their lucrative deal with Netflix is ending later this year.

“If their multimillion-dollar Netflix deal is not extended this year, it would be a disaster for them,” he added.

James Middleton details past family trips with sisters Kate and Pippa

By Nika Shakhnazarova

Kate Middleton’s brother, James Middleton, has detailed the family vacations they used to go on as a family during his childhood years.

James, 37, who boasts a close friendship with both of his sisters — the Princess of Wales and Pippa Middleton — said he has “distinct memories” of the family trips the trio took with their parents, Michael and Carole Middleton.

“Holidays tended to be packing up the car and driving somewhere,” Middleton told The Sunday Times. “My parents, sisters and I would visit different places in the Swiss Alps each summer, such as Les Masses, or we’d go to Avoriaz in France.”

“Dad would find a mountain refuge where we’d have a rather sloppy soup-like meal for tea, but we were so hungry from a day of hiking that it tasted amazing.”

“Then we would fall fast asleep in our bunk — we’d sleep on one long bunk, all five of us — surrounded by other walkers,” he went on. “The next day we’d wake up early, put our walking boots back on and continue our trek, ending up in another village.”

Middleton, who shares one-year-old son Inigo with wife Alizée Thevenet, then detailed the “distinct memories of the beautiful butterflies, wildflower meadows and the sounds of cowbells.”

Prince Harry recently took his young son, Prince Archie, to surf legend Kelly Slater’s surf school, sparking speculation that the royal father may be eager to teach his eldest child how to ride.

A photograph of the father-and-son duo atop a Jet Ski at Slater’s Surf Ranch in Lemoore, Calif., was posted and then deleted on Instagram Wednesday by professional surfer Raimana van Bastolaer.

The Tahitian surfer deleted the video before reposting a new version that didn’t include the photo of Archie.
