King Charles tries his hand at football

By Alexandra Bellusci

This royal's game is far from a fumble.

The 76-year-old monarch threw an NFL football during his visit to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in north London as part of a community event sponsored by the Premier League club and the NFL.

In Wednesday's social media clip shared to X, the king received throwing advice from Phoebe Schecter, captain of Britain’s women’s flag football team.

King Charles then gave it his best shot and the ball went into the net as the crowd clapped and Schecter, 34, said "that was really good!"

Efe Obada, a British-Nigerian defensive end who played for the Washington Commanders for the last three seasons, shared the royal “got stuck in” and had good energy.

“His technique wasn’t immaculate, I wanted him to get a little closer to the target so he could get it in but he was having a great time and got a good reception,” Obada shared.

Tottenham hosts NFL games every season.

King Charles also posed for photos with Spurs soccer player Son Heung-min at the star-studded event.

Meghan Markle left Invictus Games early without Prince Harry — here’s why

Meghan Markle has headed back to California.

The “Suits” alum, 43, returned to her Montecito home after time in Canada for the 2025 Invictus Games.

Markle’s preplanned arrangement was so that she could be with her and Prince Harry’s two children: Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3.

The Duke of Sussex, 40, will stay in Vancouver and Whistler for the remainder of the Games, which run through Feb. 16. Prince Harry created the international sporting event that celebrates wounded, injured and sick service members and veterans in 2014 and is also the patron of the Invictus Games Foundation.

Despite Markle having a slew of solo projects in the works — including her Netflix show “With Love, Meghan,” the Duchess of Sussex’s family remains as her top priority.

And the couple continues to be united in both their personal and professional lives, as Markle returned to Instagram and has shared a look at the weekend’s events.

Kensington Palace clarifies Kate Middleton’s new style policy after backlash

By Alexandra Bellusci

Kate Middleton’s office is getting candid over new palace guidance.

After a week of chatter surrounding the Princess of Wales’ clothing and the possibility of changing the formal policy on sharing her fashion details, Kensington Palace has set the record straight.

Their statement comes a day after a Sunday Times article titled “Princess of Wales: Focus on my work, not my wardrobe” came out — in which a royal source was quoted saying that Kate “wants the focus to be on the really important issues, the people and the causes she is spotlighting.”

On Tuesday, Feb. 11, a Kensington Palace spokesperson told People in response: “Over the last week, I have received numerous questions about a story regarding the Princess of Wales’s clothing and how Kensington Palace shares information about her outfits.”

“To clarify, the comments that appeared in the article were from me, not the Princess of Wales,” the statement continued. “The comments that were reported should not be directly attributed to the Princess of Wales. To be clear, there has been no change in our approach to sharing information about Her Royal Highness’s clothing.”

Meghan Markle faces ‘make-or-break’ moment ahead of imminent American Riviera Orchard launch

By Nika Shakhnazarova

Meghan Markle is reportedly gearing up to launch American Riviera Orchard through Netflix’s first-ever retail stores as soon as next month.

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, is looking at a busy 2025 with the upcoming release of her Netflix show “With Love, Meghan” on March 4.

And it appears as though the launch of her lifestyle brand — which has been plagued with a slew of trademark snafus — will coincide with the project’s release, sources told the Daily Mail.

Sources tell the outlet that the success — or failure — of her product launch in the Netflix House superstores has the power to either “make or break” her business venture.

“Her new show is rolling out the same time as the Netflix stores open,” an insider told the outlet. “The Netflix stores will offer products and merchandise from all their biggest shows like ‘Squid Game’ and ‘Stranger Things.'”

“This is a big move for Netflix. The first stores are in repurposed department stores inside two of America’s largest malls,” the source went on. “They will contain an onsite cafe so Meghan’s products like her strawberry jam will be featured on the menu too.”

“This will determine the future for Meghan as a businesswoman. Let’s face it, she hasn’t been that successful so far,” they added.

Prince Hary, Michael Bublé tease Meghan Markle about singing at the Invictus Games: ‘No, I’m not singing!’

By Sean Mandell

She won't sing. Don't ask her.

Meghan Markle was put on the spot by her husband Prince Harry and crooner Michael Bublé when they each prompted the duchess to sing at an event during the 2025 Invictus Games in Whistler, Canada on Monday.

Harry, Meghan and Bublé were gathered in the snowy ski destination to kick off the Invictus Games' first ever skeleton competition.

After being introduced by Bublé, who did a brief rendition of the song "Feeling Good," the Duke of Sussex quipped, "Well, thank God Michael Bublé sang. Can you imagine bringing him out here and him saying, ‘You know what? I didn’t come here to sing...’ Thank you for the introduction."

Before wrapping his speech, Harry pulled a sharp prank on his wife, 43.

“My wife and I—come on out here! Come on!” Harry said, waving Markle out from the wings and onto the stage. As she embraced him at the podium, the prince added, “Now she’s going to sing!”, before pretending to run away.

A mortified Meghan laughed but quickly shouted, "No!" The beaming couple then thanked everyone who turned out as they exited.

But the Duchess of Sussex wasn't in the clear yet.

As seen in a video posted to her Instagram story on Tuesday, as soon as Meghan cleared the stage, she was greeted by Bublé, who asked her, "Are you gonna sing?"

"No, I'm not singing!" an exasperated Meghan responded, chuckling as she hugged the pop standards king.
