The triumphant England women's national soccer team received a royal welcome during their celebratory victory parade on Tuesday.
Princess Beatrice, along with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi and their children Sienna and Athena, as well as Mozzi's son, Christopher, lined up with tens of thousands of excited fans near Buckingham Palace to wave at two open-top double decker buses carrying the Lionesses.

The parade was held to honor England's team after they emerged victorious against Spain in the UEFA Women's Euro 2025 final on July 27.
The team won the European Champions back-to-back in 2022 and 2025.
Royal fans applauded a thinly veiled swipe that President Trump appeared to take at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after gushing over other members of their family, including King Charles and Queen Camilla.
The commander in chief spoke fondly about the royals during a Monday press conference with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer in Scotland — but appeared to raise several eyebrows after making a tongue-in-cheek remark about some “not great people” outside the UK.
President Trump appeared to take a thinly-veiled swipe at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle while gushing over other members of the British royal family.
“Being with Charles, Camilla and everybody, I’ve got to know because of four years [as President] and now six months,” he said.
“I’ve got to know a lot of the family members. They are great people. They are really great people,” Trump continued.

Staffing numbers torpedoed after workers claimed they were “overwhelmed and underpaid” — allegations confirmed in a 2023 investigation commissioned by the King’s Foundation, which manages the royal residence.
As a result, 11 of 12 perplexed staffers handed in their resignations, leaving the monarch, 76, scrambling over next steps.

Among the myriad claims in the initial report, one gardener claimed he was fired after revealing insufficient knowledge about a particular type of flower, reportedly losing the king’s trust.
“Don’t put that man in front of me again,” the king reportedly said of the staffer.
However, the king’s inner circle has now spoken out, with several of the monarch’s confidante’s telling the Daily Mail that the situation didn’t quite unfold in that way.
King Charles was in Scotland's far north Monday, donning a Royal Stewart tartan kilt for his visit to Scrabster Harbour to mark three nuclear industry anniversaries.

His visit celebrates 70 years of the Dounreay nuclear site — now Scotland's largest nuclear cleanup and demolition project — that was once the UK's center of fast reactor research and development, where scientists and engineers experimented with plutonium, uranium and other metals from 1955 until 1994.
Charles' visit also helped mark 50 years of Pacific Nuclear Transport Limited, a company with nuclear cargo ships that transport nuclear material, and 20 years of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority that PNTL is part of.

Charles unveiled commemorative plaques and toured the Pacific Heron nuclear transport vessel, bringing royal recognition to the remote Caithness community.

William, 43, who is the patron of England's Football Association, was expected to be in Basel, Switzerland for the match as part of his royal duties. But middle child Charlotte's appearance to watch England's female soccer team, the Lionesses, had not been previously announced.
Not only was her attendance at the sporting event unexpected, it also marked a major milestone for the pint-size princess: her first overseas soccer game.
And she may have been royally good luck, as the Lionesses defeated Spain to win the European Championship for a second year in a row — beating them on penalties after a 1-1 draw.
