Queen Camilla unveils the foundation stone for the King Charles III Sacristy at Westminster Abbey

Queen Camilla unveiled the foundation stone for the King Charles III Sacristy at Westminster Abbey.

The royal wore a polka dot outfit, and greeted Reverand Hoyle and other clergymen in attendance.

The space will hold security and ticketing facilities, with chairs and other objects stored in the new building and not in the Abbey for preservation purposes.

King Charles welcomes world ambassadors for private audience at Buckingham Palace

King Charles III, 76, welcomed three world ambassadors for a private audience at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday, May 13.

The three ambassadors in attendance are the Dominican Republic's ambassador Rosa Margarita Hernandez Caamano De Grullon, Slovakia's ambassador Peter Susko, and South Sudan's ambassador Nickson Deng Peter Kuccath.

Kate Middleton, Princess of Wales, presents the Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design

Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, visited the British Fashion Council to deliver the Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design in London on Tuesday.

The royal, 43, who was joined by Caroline Rush, outgoing CEO of the British Fashion Council, was introduced to the designers and others who benefited from the British Fashion Council Foundation's initiatives that help up-and-coming designers.

The Princess of Wales, who studied Art History at the University of St. Andrews and met Prince William, began her visit at the winning designer's pop-up studio at the 180 Studio in London.

The Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design resembles the rose from the Disney classic, "Beauty and the Beast."

Last Friday, Kate Middleton and Prince William revealed that a new peachy-pink variety of roses called "Catherine's Rose" will be grown in the princess's honor, and the proceeds will go to a charity that is very personal to her.
