Detectives are investigating “a number of allegations of sexual assault in London” against Russell Brand, more than a week after the bombshell report in which multiple women accused the comedian of rape, sexual attacks and/or abuse, according to the UK Sun.

Brand was accused of raping, sexually assaulting and abusing four women over the course of seven years — including a 16-year-old he allegedly called “the child” — in a joint investigation by The Sunday Times of London, the Times of London and Channel 4 Dispatches published Sept. 16.

The Brit, 48, denied the report prior to its release, maintaining that while he had been “promiscuous,” all of his sexual encounters were “consensual.”

Russell Brand begs fans for financial support, says he’s ‘victim of a conspiracy to silence him’ amid police probe

By Nika Shakhnazarova

Russell Brand has asked fans to turn their moral support into financial support as he’s feeling the pinch after being accused of raping and sexually assaulting four women, including a 16-year-old.

The scandal-scarred actor, 48, urged his followers to fork over $60 annually to become paying subscribers on Rumble — a video app that is a rival of YouTube, and is avowedly committed to free speech.

The brazen request came just hours after London’s Metropolitan Police had launched a full-scale investigation into “a number of allegations of sexual offenses” against Brand, who has vehemently denied them.

The comedian claims it’s nothing more than a conspiracy to silence him and “independent media voices.”

“You now know that I have been demonetized on YouTube,” he said on Rumble Monday night, referencing the platform suspending his ability to cash in following the allegations against him. “Fully well aware that the government wrote to social media platforms to demand that I be further censored.”

Burger King faces boycott after yanking ads from Rumble over Russell Brand accusations

By Shannon Thaler

Burger King is facing calls for a boycott after the fast-food giant yanked its ads from video platform Rumble shortly after Russell Brand — who broadcasts a show weekly on the site — was accused of raping and sexually assaulting four women, including a 16-year-old girl.

Though Burger King hasn’t publicly stated why it recently removed its adverts from the popular site — just as other brands like Asos and HelloFresh recently did — social media users have questioned the timing of the move, which came just one week after Brand came under fire.

"Reminder, Brand has not been convicted of a single crime. Boycott @BurgerKing. They hate free speech and due process, and their food is poison anyways. Stop eating it," Charlie Kirk, another Rumble host, tweeted Sunday. Russell Brand/Twitter

The Whopper House has since been bashed for pulling its ads from the self-proclaimed “free speech platform” before Brand has actually been convicted.

“Burger King has pulled its ads from Rumble because the free speech platform refuses to play judge, jury, and executioner of Russell Brand after the UK Governor demanded the platform demonetize him,” fellow Rumble host Charlie Kirk tweeted on Sunday.

Russell Brand: Big Tech plays judge, jury and executioner before a trial again — Opinion

By Karol Markowicz

Are accusations enough to destroy someone’s life and remove his ability to make money?

That certainly seems the case with actor and podcaster Russell Brand and the feverish push to make sure he is demonetized on every online platform.

Brand has been accused of serious sexual offenses.

He might be a terrible person, we really don’t know.

He has not been charged with anything, and an accusation does not make it acceptable to take away his job.

I get it: We live in a bifurcated world. We take sides. We make snap decisions. We read a headline and form an opinion.

Or maybe we don’t need to read anything. I never liked that guy anyway. I love him. I hate him. He’s innocent. He’s guilty.

According to the disturbing allegations reported by the BBC, the alleged victim, whom they are calling Olivia, claimed the assault happened on June 16, 2008, during the time she was working at the BBC’s Los Angeles location.

After letting Brand, 48, and his team inside for a taping, Olivia went to the bathroom next to the radio station, where she bent down and squatted to get some sinus medication from a medicine cabinet.

It was at that moment, she claimed, that she felt a presence behind her.

Turning around, she was face-to-face with the Brand’s crotch.

British Members of Parliament ask X if Elon Musk 'has personally intervened' in Russell Brand's status

By New York Post

British Members of Parliament want to know if X, formerly Twitter, owner Elon Musk has “has personally intervened in any decisions on Russell Brand’s status on the platform."

A Culture, Media and Sport Committee chairwoman wrote to X, Instagram, video platform Rumble (which hosts Brand's videos) other sites Wednesday asking whether the actor-comedian — who's been accused of rape, sexual assault and/or abuse by four women — is still profiting from his content on their platforms.

“We would be grateful if you could confirm whether Mr. Brand monetizes his content and, if so, we would like to know whether X intends to join YouTube in suspending Mr Brand’s ability to earn money on the platform," chairwoman Caroline Dinenage wrote in her letter to X, according to the UK's Evening Standard.

“Given Elon Musk’s response to Mr. Brand’s tweet regarding the allegations, where he wrote ‘Of course. They don’t like competition’, we are also keen to understand whether Mr. Musk has personally intervened in any decisions on Mr. Brand’s status on the platform.

“We would also like to know what X is doing to ensure that creators are not able to use the platform to undermine the welfare of victims of inappropriate and potentially illegal behavior.”

Russell Brand said during a 2006 interview that sobriety made him a better sexual predator

By New York Post

Piers Morgan says Russell Brand told him about his "seduction technique" back in 2006 at the height of the comedian-actor's fame, and the beginning of the seven-year period during which four women claim he raped, sexually assaulted and/or abused them.

"Are you a more successful sexual predator now that you don't drink?" he asked Brand as the two sat in a London café doing an interview for GQ magazine, the British journalist recounted in his "Uncensored" US Sun column Wednesday.

" 'Yes,’ he replied, ‘but I resent the word "predator". I like to think of myself as a conduit of natural forces. After all, the most natural thing in the world for people to do is f--k, isn't it?

" 'And people want to do it, so all you have to do is remove all the reasons why women don't actually go through with it, like pride and reputation. You just have to unpick the conditions stopping women going straight to bed with you.’ "
