Jack Bauer’s trusted Chloe will be by his side once again when Fox fires up its “24” reboot.

Mary Lynn Rajskub, who played brave, loyal CTU tech Chloe O’Brian on “24” for six seasons — opposite Kiefer Sutherland’s tough-guy agent Jack Bauer — has signed on to reprise her role on “24: Live Another Day,” the 12-episode “limited-run” series premiering next spring.

“I am thrilled to be working with Howard (Gordon) and the writers again — and, of course, Kiefer!,” Rajskub said in a statement released by Fox. “There’s a lot more room to grow in my character. I’m going to start sharpening my computer skills now!”

Rajskub joins Sutherland, “24” executive producer Howard Gordon and several other behind-the-scenes writers and producers who are returning for “Live Another Day,” much to the delight of “24’s” hard core fan base.

The original “24” ended its eight-season run in May 2010. Plans to adapt the series into a big-screen movie fell through, but Sutherland — who starred in Fox’s “Touch” for two seasons — was amenable to reprising his Jack Bauer character, as long as it wasn’t for a full (22-episode) season. “Live Another Day” will be set “several years” after the events of the final season, according to Fox.
