LEGENDARY Hispanic talk- show host Cristina Saralegui says a guardian angel named Blue told her to get into television.

“I was meditating, and I asked my guardian angel, ‘What is your name?’ I only saw a blue light,” Saralegui, better known as “Cristina,” tells Ch. 41’s Olga Alvarez.

“Then one day the angel told me, ‘You talk too much. You should do a talk show. Please shut up so that I can talk to you. My name is Blue.'”

Saralegui, whose show, “El Show de Cristina” is celebrating its 15th anniversary, also tells Alvarez that she sometimes also talks to her late father when she meditates – and wears his eyeglasses for this purpose.

She also says she’s been so successful as an interviewer because “I ask whatever people want to know.”

Alvarez’s four-part interview with Saralegui airs tomorrow through Wednesday on Ch. 41’s 6 and 11 p.m. newscasts.

Saralegui’s top-rated “El Show de Cristina” airs Mondays at 10 p.m. on Ch. 41.

The Cuban-born Saralegui edited Cosmopolitan En Espanol before launching her show.
