After David Hasselhoff’s ex-wife Pamela Bach reportedly died by suicide at age 62, the “Baywatch” actor has spoken out.
“Our family is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Pamela Hasselhoff,” he announced in a statement on his Facebook page.
“We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time but we kindly request privacy as we grieve and navigate through this challenging time.”

She was an actress who appeared in “Knight Rider” and “Baywatch.” She and David met on the set of the former. They shared daughters Taylor, 34, and Hayley, 32, and were married from 1989 to 2006.
Pamela’s final Instagram post was on December 31, 2024. In it, she gushed about her grandchild, London, whom Taylor welcomed with her husband, Madison Fiore, in August.

After former “Baywatch” star Michael Newman died at 68 in October — after an 18-year battle with Parkinson’s disease — Bach also posted a tribute to him.

“You will never be forgotten, I will find comfort in all our decades of friendship and adventures that are embedded forever in my mind and my heart,” she concluded.
Her daughters, Hayley and Taylor, have been quiet on social media since the news of her death broke.
On May 12, Taylor posted a photo of herself as a child with Bach and wrote, “Happy Mother’s Day! I love you so much. I can’t wait to watch you become a grandma & the most glamorous one.”
But in her Instagram stories late on Wednesday night, Hayley, who is also a plus-sized model, posted an old photo of her parents smiling together and included a simple white heart.
