Denise Richards has been granted a temporary domestic violence restraining order against her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers.

Richards, 54, accused Phypers, 52, of threatening to kill her if she reported the alleged altercations to the police, according to court documents obtained by The Post.

“Throughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack,” Richards alleged.

Richards alleged that he struck her in the eye with his hand and called her a “f–king b–ch.”

The “Wild Things” actress revealed gruesome photos of her bruised eye in the filing.

In the court docs, Richards also claimed he got physically violent after she suggested that he refrain from accompanying her on a trip for work.

“Aaron grabbed me by the back of my head by my hair and slammed me into the ground and screamed, ‘You are not cancelling my flight, I am going with you and I do not trust you,’ ” she stated.

During a March episode of her reality series, “Denise Richards & Her Wild Things,” just four months before their divorce filing, Richards said, “I’m never getting divorced again. Even if we hate each other, I’m not gonna f–king get divorced.”

In his divorce filing, Phypers asked to be awarded spousal support from Richards, claiming he’s made no income since closing his business last year.

He alleged she makes over $250,000 per month on various projects like her TV shows, brand deals, appearances and her OnlyFans.
