AMERICA still loves Princess Diana.

NBC’s “Concert for Diana” snared nearly 9 million viewers Sunday night who watched a bevy of performers – including Elton John, Fergie and Tom Jones – pay tribute to Diana on the 10th anniversary of her death.

“Concert for Diana” (8-9 p.m.) followed a repeat of Matt Lauer’s “Dateline” interview with Prince William and Prince Harry and was the night’s most-watched show in total viewers.

It also tied Fox for the top slot in adults 18-49.
